WELDING/ROBOTICS

Overview:

HSM's welding department is a scene of constant fast production.  We have twenty-two production welding stations utilizing Miller Deltaweld 451 constant voltage 450 ampere DC power sources and boom mounted Miller wire feeders.  We also feature two Motoman robotic welders with varying capabilities.   Our welding personnel are trained in house to achieve the fast and accurate Gas Metal Arc (MIG) welding required to keep the quantity and quality levels high.
