Overview-

HSM offers ten years expertise in the finish that is "Powder Coated Tough".  Our painting system is state of the art, utilizing a Pangborn shot-blasting pretreatment system for metal cleaning that is unsurpassed.  The coating is done using an electrostatic powder coating paint booth and an efficient gas-fired oven that bakes parts at over 400 degrees for that perfect, durable finish.  Our system is capable of cleaning and coating parts 20' long, 14" wide and 66" high and larger parts in shorter lengths.
